Type II abdominal aortic endoleak

CT series demonstrating a Type II endoleak within the repaired aneurysmal sac, with the feeding vessels appearing to be the lumbar arteries.
There is also a mesenteric mass adjacent to the aneurysm and a few loops of dilated bowel.
