Formula of the day

Each TBSA % increases basal body temperature by 0.03 C - the expected temperature of a patient with 50%TBSA is 38.5 C

Medical wisdom

For a lot of things you can either treat aggressively and things will be better by 7 days or treat conservatively and they will be better in a week.
