The Endotracheal intubation page has been revised in various parts with particular emphasis on prevention and management of airway fluid collection.

The Management of aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage page has been updated to correct a dose error for nimodipine. The correct initial dose is 15µg/kg/hour not 15g/kg/hour. Thanks to Cherie for spotting this.
The Procedural sedation page has been extensively revised and re-organised including the addition of significant additional detail in many areas.
Some restructuring of the Suxamethonium page has been done, including some minor revision of its pharmacology.

The Ageing page has been revised, also including a short segment about what hospital level services may be able to be provided in residential care facilities.
The Giant cell arteritis page has been updated, including the addition of tocilizumab therapy to management.
The Clinical decision making page has been updated, with particular emphasis on the types of clinical decisions that need to be made for each clinical encounter.
