The Medical literature page has been updated with information about the relationship between financial competing interests of study authors and trial outcome. I think you can probably guess what the relationship is.
Other anti-coagulants
The Other anti-coagulants page has been reorganised to prioritise content relevant to the most common DOACs – as well as making a few edits along the way.
NOACs to DOACs

PR interval and AFib risk
Information about the PR interval and the risk of subsequently developing atrial fibrillation has been added to the Assessment of atrial fibrillation or flutter page.
Nitrofurantoin
The Other anti-microbials page has been updated with additional information about nitrofurantoin doses and pharmacology.
ALP in primary hyperparathyroidism – correction
The Hypercalcaemia page has been corrected so it is clear that ALP is usually increased in primary hyperparathyroidism instead of normal as previously stated. Thanks to Steven for picking this up.
Endotracheal extubation – correction
The Endotracheal extubation page has been corrected so adequate ventilation is now defined by an SpO2 > 90% and HR < 140 bpm instead of an SpO2 < 90 and HR > 140bpm as previously stated. Thanks to Farzad for picking this up.
Chemical restraint
The Violence page has been updated with a revision of Chemical restraint, emphasising the use of IV medications (when safe to do so) and highlighting the different concentrations of droperidol ampoules.
