Paediatric adenosine - 50 µg/kg first dose, 100 µg/kg second dose, 250 µg/kg third dose (max 12 mg)

Medical wisdom

For a lot of things you can either treat aggressively and things will be better by 7 days or treat conservatively and they will be better in a week.
