Hypophosphataemia - initial replacement 8 mmol K2PO4 IV over 6 hours, maximum rate 4.5 mmol/hour via CVC

Medical wisdom

When using digital imaging systems: reverse the polarity of the image to help see soft tissue lines (e.g. pneumothorax) or subtle interruptions to bony trabeculae (e.g. fractures) better.
