New front page layout

Just in case you didn’t notice – we have just introduced a new layout for the front section of the website. The new layout should display better on tablets and small mobile devices and is a little more compact than the previous version. Let us know what you think.

BRUE – the new ALTE

The Sudden infant death syndrome page has been updated with information about BRUE (Brief resolved unexplained event), the new American Academy of Pediatrics definition replacing ALTE. Trochanteric sling

The Management of pelvic trauma page has been updated with the term pelvic sling/binder being replaced with the term trochanteric sling, representing the correct position of the sling for the management of pelvic fractures.
