Muscle relaxant reorganisation
The Neuromuscular blockade, Non depolarising neuromuscular blocking agents and Suxamethonium pages have had a significant re-organisation to improve clarity and reduce duplication. As a result, the Neuromuscular physiology page has been removed.

‘4 hour rule’

Other causes of shock following trauma
A substantial segment on Assessment of shock in trauma has been added to the Assessment of the trauma patient page. This is intended as a reminder that there are numerous other potential causes for shock in the patient with major trauma undergoing resuscitation, other than just blood loss.
