Pupillary responses post ROSC and outcome
The Post arrest care page has been updated with information about the outcome following ROSC of patients without pupillary reflexes.
Blood group O and haemorrhage
The Complications of blood transfusion page has been updated with information about how blood group O is associated with a higher risk of haemorrhage and a lower risk of thrombosis than other blood group types. Perhaps we should be considering this when deciding on therapies such as thrombolysis and treatment of low risk thrombosis?
‘Flozin’ toxicity
The Other hypoglycaemic agents page has been updated with additional information about the adverse effects of ‘flozins’ (SGLT2 inhibitors) – especially euglycaemic ketosis.
TASAR induced pneumomediastinum
A CXR demonstrating a pneumomediastinum following a TASAR injury has been added to the Electrical injury page.

Platelet counts in pregnancy
The Thrombocytopenia page has been updated with some additional information about platelet counts in normal pregnancy.
Modified release paracetamol
The Paracetamol page has been updated and revised with particular reference to the increased risk of toxicity associated with modified release preparations.

Takayasu arteritis
The Takayasu arteritis has had a few minor updates. Recently saw a case where the diagnosis had been elusive for the last 2 years and the patient labelled as a drug seeker. Weird stuff happens.
NAC dosing regimens
