Examination findings in CAP
The Community acquired pneumonia page has been updated with additional information about physical examination findings in CAP.
Respiratory examination
The Respiratory examination page has been extensively revised and expanded.
Abdominal examination updates
The Examination of the GIT page has been extensively revised and expanded and renamed Examination of the abdomen and GIT to reflect the change in its emphasis.
Investigation of ulcerative colitis
A small section on the investigation of ulcerative colitis has been added to the Inflammatory bowel disease page.
ECG intervals correction
The Normal ECG morphology page has been updated with an image that now demonstrates the correct ECG intervals. The previous image demonstrated inaccuracies in the start and finish of the PR, QRS, ST and QT intervals. More explicit descriptions of the relevant intervals have been added to The Normal ECG page as well.
Ascending cholangitis
A more specific section on ascending cholangitis has been added to the Biliary diseases and cholangitis page.
Suicide risk
The Suicide risk page has been revised and updated with particular reference to the limitations of the SAD PERSONS index (and its modification).
Chronic kidney disease
The Chronic Renal Failure page has been renamed Chronic Kidney Disease and revised and updated.
Pupillary abnormalities table
For pupils of pupils, and for those (like me) who get their Holmes Adie’s confused with their Argyle Robinson’s, a table summarising the examination findings of the most common pupillary abnormalities has been added to the bottom of the new Pupillary abnormalities page.

MERS Co-V
A new segment on the MERS Co-V infection has been added to the Respiratory Coronavirus infections page, which has been renamed (but now includes) from SARS.
