Approximately 100 of the images throughout the manual have been increased in size to enable better viewing.
Website organisation
Image captions and footnotes updated
The long and slow process of increasing the font size of the captions and footnotes for the 1000 or so images in the manual is finally completed. This should make reading the texts in these areas substantially easier.
Affective disorder reorganisation
The Affective disorders page has been divided to create new pages called Self harm, Suicide risk and Bipolar disorder.
The ‘I’ gremlin has been eliminated
The damage caused by the computer gremlin that mysteriously removed the ‘I’ from ‘Image’ on a number of pages on the site has been repaired.
Immunisation reorganisation
The Immunisation page has been reorganised with the creation of the additional pages called Available Vaccines, Australian Immunisation Schedule and New Zealand Immunisation Schedule to aid in navigation.

Seizure assessment and management
The pages relating to seizures in the Neurological Disorders section have been revised and restructured to aid in navigation.
Shoulder dislocation
The Glenohumeral Joint Dislocation page has been significantly revised and a new page called Anterior Shoulder Dislocation Management has been added to the Bone and Joint Disorders section to aid navigation.
Paediatric orthopaedic conditions
A series of links from the Limping Child page in the Paediatrics section to the various pages containing information about the most common causes have been added to aid in navigation.
RV dysplasia
An ECG demonstrating the abnormalities associated with RV dysplasia has been added to the Sudden Cardiac Death page in the Resuscitation section. The text associated with Right ventricular arrhythmogenic dysplasia has also been moved to this page from the Other Cardiac Abnormalities page in the Cardiovascular Disorders section.
Pelvic fractures
The Pelvic Fracture page in the Trauma section has been subdivided into 3 smaller pages to aid navigation.
Monoarthritis
The Causes of Monoarthritis page in the Bone and Joint Disorders section has been removed and replaced with a series of smaller pages to aid in navigation.
ECG updates
The Electrocardiography page in the Clinical Skills section has been divided into a number of smaller pages to aid navigation.
Airway management in obesity
A new link from the Difficult Intubation page to the Airway Management in Special Situations: Obesity page in the Resuscitation section has been added.

The Disaster Planning page in the Management section has been divided into a series of smaller pages to aid navigation.
Cerebrovascular and laryngotracheal trauma page links restored
For some strange reason, the links to the Cerebrovascular and Laryngotracheal trauma pages in the Trauma section have been missing from the Trauma section menu. These links have now been restored.
