Multiple pages in the Circulatory resuscitation section have been updated to indicate that Hartmann’s solution is usually the preferred initial IV resuscitation fluid.
The Intravenous fluids page has been updated to include some additional information about the adverse effects of Normal saline. A small table comparing the 2 fluids has been added.

An ECG of atrial paced rhythm has been added to the Pacemakers page. This replaces an ECG that was labelled as showing mostly atrial pacing then some bi-chamber pacing, however only actually showed bichamber pacing.
