Version 2 of the online manual has just been updated. Apart from a cleaner look that is more similar in style to Version 1, the font size has been slightly increased to make it easier to use on small portable devices. The extended, multi level table of contents has also been introduced. As part of the upgrade the spacing issues between some tables and text that have occurred in previous formats have also been resolved.
